The Salad Project in London is hiring a Prep Chef for Monday and Thursday, 8am–4pm. You will wash and prep fresh produce, support kitchen cleanliness, and help with short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen ready for service.

Responsabilités

• Wash and prepare fresh produce, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and serving equipment.
• Complete short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen spotless and ready for service.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is always available.
