Job summary

The Salad Project in London is seeking a Prep Chef to cover Monday and Thursday 8am–4pm. You will wash and prepare fresh produce, keep the kitchen area spotless, and assist with short deep-cleaning tasks to ensure readiness for service.

Qualifications

• Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is available.
