Job summary

The Salad Project is hiring a Prep Chef for the Tue-Fri 7am-11am shift, offering 16 hours per week in our London kitchens. You will wash, prep produce and support the kitchen team to keep the line running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Some kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Familiar with hygiene best practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash and prepare fresh produce, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and serving equipment.
• Complete short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen spotless and ready for service.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is always available.
