Job summary

You will visit the Margate head office for meetings and manage a dynamic pipeline while protecting margin and following pricing rules.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a new-business salesperson.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Commercially confident with sound judgment on value, margin, pricing and credit risk.
• Ability to translate broad customer needs into a clear proposition and coordinate internal teams.
• Highly organised pipeline management with effective follow-up and momentum.
• Collaborative across brand, product, marketing, supply chain and existing channel owners.
• Clear written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of new Premiums opportunities across corporate gifting, automotive dealer groups, branded merchandise and collectibles.
• Identify decision-makers, tailor propositions, pitch, negotiate and secure the first order or launch.
• Collaborate with brand, product, marketing, supply chain and finance teams to develop viable customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records: customer, value, probability, date, margin, and next action.
• Protect margin and follow pricing, credit and approval rules.
• Provide concise weekly updates on actions, next steps, risks and expected value.
• Develop repeatable Premiums propositions and share market insights for future products.
