JLL is seeking a Community Host – Client Experience Coordinator in London to deliver an exceptional workplace experience. You will coordinate meetings and events, manage front desk operations, and support clients, employees, and leadership teams to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires fluent English, at least three years of hospitality or coworking experience, and a proactive, people-focused approach.

Competenze

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality/co-working experience.
• Events experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Able to work under pressure with high grooming standards.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional workplace experience through client service and meeting coordination.
• Manage front desk and five-star service for meetings and events.
• Coordinate and manage all meetings and events within the Client Suite.
• Oversee vendor schedules and communications; ensure premium service.
• Chase invoices and raise work orders for services.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership meeting logistics.
