JLL is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador in London to provide a warm, professional welcome across reception and lobby areas. The role involves hosting visitors, coordinating with security and facilities, and ensuring seamless meeting room support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

We value at least 1 year of Front of House experience, excellent customer service, strong communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude in a busy setting with a hybrid work approach.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience within a Front of House role in a corporate environment, 5-star hotel, members club or flagship airline.
• Operational knowledge of all reception services and standard operating procedures.

Mansioni

• Host visitors and manage reception spaces across floors, ensuring meeting rooms are attended to.
• Maintain professional, warm welcome and information service for clients and visitors.
• Coordinate with security, facilities and hospitality teams and adhere to Health & Safety procedures.
