Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in partnership with Cartier is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to deliver an exceptional workplace experience across the Cartier portfolio.

You will coordinate both soft and hard FM services and act as the day-to-day liaison between Cartier colleagues, contractors and the Mitie team. You will be passionate about customer service, proactive in identifying improvements, and committed to maintaining a world-class working environment that reflects the Cartier brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple service providers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a five-star workplace experience for Cartier colleagues, visitors and stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for workplace and facilities-related requests.
• Coordinate reactive, planned and preventative maintenance with contractors and Mitie teams.
• Monitor and escalate service issues and risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Support audits, safety compliance and reporting across locations.
