Merlin in London is seeking energetic VIP Hosts to deliver personalised guest experiences at the London Eye. You will welcome guests at the VIP Desk, host in the Eye Lounge Bar, and deliver premium experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, guest experience, customer service, hotels, premium retail, events or visitor attractions.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences across VIP areas (VIP Desk, Eye Lounge Bar, premium experiences).
Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.
Creating memorable moments by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Providing knowledgeable recommendations, answering enquiries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Building rapport with guests from around the world while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Maintaining immaculate presentation across all customer-facing spaces.
Supporting smooth daily VIP operations and collaborating with colleagues across the attraction.
Promoting premium experiences and helping guests make the most of their visit.
Ensuring the safety, comfort and enjoyment of every guest throughout their experience.
