Job summary

Merlin operates the London Eye gift shop in London, seeking Retail Assistants to welcome guests, suggest memorable keepsakes and keep the shop shining. You’ll help guests find perfect mementos with friendly service and energy that helps drive daily targets.

Qualifications

• Confident chatting to hundreds of guests a day.
• Natural at spotting what guests might love and upselling with style.

• Aged 18 or over due to health and safety regulations.

What you'll bring to the team

Retail Host

Location: London Eye, London

Are you ready to help guests make memories at 135 metres?

We’re on the lookout for Retail Assistants to join our vibrant team at the London Eye - one of the most iconic views in the world.

You’ll be the friendly face our guests meet in the shop, welcoming them in, offering helpful suggestions, and making sure they don’t leave without the perfect memento. You’ll keep the shop sparkling, the shelves full, and the energy high, because this is more than a job, it’s a chance to bring the magic of London to life!

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm and a bit of sparkle
