Our client, a well-established independent car dealership based in Cranleigh, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to drive used-car sales with a focus on delivering an exceptional buying experience. You will handle enquiries from showroom, online, and phone, guiding customers from first contact to handover and after-sales care.

With a base salary of £24,000 and uncapped OTE (£60,000+), the role offers a 5-day week, 30 days holiday, a pension, on-site parking, and immediate start for the right

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and a professional approach.
• Confident communication in person and over the phone.
• IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Organising and supervising test drives.
• Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system.
• Following up on leads to build lasting relationships.
