Job summary

Surrey Specialist Cars, Cranleigh, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to drive used car sales and deliver an exceptional buying experience from enquiry to handover. You will engage customers in showroom, online and over the phone, matching needs to vehicles and coordinating test drives.

We offer 5 days per week, 30 days holiday, a pension and on-site parking. Uncapped commission with £60,000+ OTE is achievable, and full training is provided for the right person with the right attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills and a professional approach.
• Confident communicating in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close team.
• IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in showroom, online, and over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Organising and supervising test drives.
• Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system.
• Following up on leads to build lasting relationships.
