Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Nelson is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in a premium dealership environment. You will be the face of our aftersales experience, delivering a seamless and professional service from start to finish.

We offer a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £36,800 and excellent benefits, including generous holiday, employee discounts, purchase schemes and a share incentive plan.

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.

You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:
