Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor for Volkswagen Cars in Poole. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, delivering expert aftersales service and keeping customers informed throughout service and repair.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a service department, strong communication skills, and knowledge of CDK; full UK driving licence is required. The role is 45 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service department; main dealer experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and use initiative when challenged.
• Professional and courteous manner.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
• Communicate and provide regular updates on the progress of customer vehicles in the workshop.
• Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs that benefit the customer.
• Deliver a premium customer experience reflecting the quality of our brand and vehicles.
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for positive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with company procedures.
