Job summary

Battersea Volkswagen, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited, is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty, and liaise with the Aftersales team to schedule work.

You will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Kerridge/ADP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within automotive Aftersales.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to upsell parts and services to customers.
• Organised with strong time management and multitasking.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments.
• Handle high-volume calls and online bookings.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and progress.
• Maintain accurate customer records and bookings.
