Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a sales mindset.
• Digitally competent, with strong Microsoft Office and dealership IT platform knowledge.
• Confident communicator who can capture customer details accurately and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs, advise on safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote and upsell Service Care Plans and vehicle health checks.
• Coordinate with Technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated.
