Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Rental Customer Advisor at the Heathrow Car & Van Rental branch. This full-time role (45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with alternate weekends) focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone, supported by strong organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be organised, flexible, and committed to maintaining high service standards, contributing to a welcoming customer experience across branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer care face-to-face and over the phone.
• Use communication and organisational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and queries.

• Run daily reports and act on them.
• Promote the branch and positive customer experience.
• Occasionally cover at other branches when needed.
