Job summary

Arnold Clark seeks an organised Rental Customer Advisor in Carlisle to join our busy Car & Van Rental team. You will deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and by phone, handle queries, and support daily branch operations.

The role requires shift flexibility, strong admin and teamwork, and a full UK driving licence. You may cover other branches as needed; 33 days leave and strong benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rota shifts seven days per week and cover other branches.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Assist customers with bookings and queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Process enquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and control branch expenditures.
• Run daily reports and act on findings.
• Promote the branch and create a positive customer experience.
• Occasionally cover at other Arnold Clark branches when needed.
