Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to upsell.
• Ability to learn complex product information and pricing.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Achieve agreed sales targets for new cars.
• Capture customer contact details and follow up within 24 hours.
• Work as part of a team to reach department goals.
