Job summary

Wollaston BMW North Oxford is seeking a passionate BMW Sales Executive to join our North Oxford team. You’ll guide customers from initial enquiry to final handover, delivering a premium buying experience.

You’ll build lasting relationships, present tailored vehicle solutions, conduct product demonstrations and test drives, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while staying up to date with BMW innovations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or similar high-volume retail sales.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with relationship-building ability.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with BMW customers and guide them from enquiry to handover.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored BMW solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of BMW innovations and model lineup.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Location: North Oxford

Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week | 5 Days Over 7-Day Rota

OTE: £53,800 per annum

Are you passionate about premium vehicles and driven to deliver exceptional customer service? North Oxford Garage is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a BMW Sales Executive, you'll be the face of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your role will involve guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect BMW - from first enquiry to final handover - while delivering a world-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing BMW customers
• Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle solutions
• Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain product knowledge and keep up with BMW innovations
• Work collaboratively with your team to support customer satisfaction
• Succeeding consistently in our mission to deliver outstanding automotive services

What We're Looking For:

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally you will have proven experience in automotive sales, however we may consider people with similar sales skills
• Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence
• Target-driven with a desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence required
