Job summary

The Roof Gardens is seeking an organised Membership Executive to ensure every member's experience from application to onboarding and beyond is exceptional. You will manage payments, CRM data, reporting, and collateral while collaborating with the Membership Experience team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Membership Executive or Administration role.
• Tech savvy with systems, CRM databases and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check the membership system daily and follow up on payments and enquiries with accurate communication.
• Follow up on outstanding fees by phone or email; process pro rata refunds where needed.
• Update CRM daily with member preferences, feedback and behaviour notes in line with SLAs.
• Manage department collateral such as gifting items, headed paper, brochures etc.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on current members, subscriptions, joins, renewals and resignations for senior management.
