Job summary

Neon Search Ltd. partners with a prestigious London luxury private members' club to appoint an exceptional Membership Manager. You will drive growth, nurture relationships with high-net-worth clientele and ensure a truly personalised member experience.

You'll engage with prospective members, onboard onboarding, retention, and act as a brand ambassador at events, coordinating with hospitality and leadership teams to elevate relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in membership management, business development or relationship-led roles within luxury private members' clubs, premium hospitality or a similarly high-end environment.
• Strong network with high-net-worth individuals and influential professionals.
• A successful track record of driving membership acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, polished and personable approach.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth without compromising the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership acquisition and retention, delivering sustainable growth while maintaining the club's exclusivity and positioning.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with prospective members through proactive networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with existing members, ensuring exceptional levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee the membership journey, from initial enquiry and application through onboarding, engagement and renewal.
• Represent the club at private events, industry gatherings and networking opportunities, acting as a credible and engaging brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality, events and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional and highly personalised member experience.
