Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen’s smooth operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchenware, keeping back-of-house areas tidy and compliant with safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hygiene, waste management and inventory upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy high-profile venue preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Reliable, discreet and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items per daily needs.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen spaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep areas tidy throughout shifts.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP).
• Replenish supplies and assist during peak service times.
