Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen clean and well-organised, supporting hygiene and safety, waste management, and back-of-house efficiency. You will work with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy venue preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment per guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and keep areas clean throughout the shift.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (HACCP) and SOPs.
