Soho House & Co. is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will support hygiene, waste disposal and inventory, ensuring safe handling of chemicals and adherence to SOPs.

The role offers weekly pay, staff meals, discounts, flexible training and staff welfare benefits. A candidate with up to 2 years of experience and a keen eye for detail will fit well in a fast-paced, high-profile venue.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware.
• Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment in line with safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly, ensuring bins are emptied and areas kept clean.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies (UK HACCP).
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and SOPs.
• Replenish stock and assist during peak service times.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and store properly.
