Job summary

Levy is recruiting an Event Operations Manager to oversee premium restaurant operations across match days and events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. You will lead designated premium areas, brief teams, and ensure service standards.

On non-match days you’ll manage Conferences & Events, coordinate labour, menus, P&L and client relationships, while collaborating with planning, culinary and People teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium restaurants or luxury F&B operations.
• Experience with Conferences & Events (C&E).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of premium restaurant operations across match and event days.
• Manage designated premium areas, briefing teams and maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate labour, menus, service styles, timings and P&Ls for events.
• Support menu development and ensure allergies and dietary requirements are prioritised.
• Build strong client relationships and drive innovation across the events offering.
