Soho House & Co. is seeking a seasoned Waiter to deliver refined, personalised service to our members and guests in a fast-paced, high-end setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

As part of a close-knit team, you will upsell recommendations, maintain impeccable table service, and uphold the Club's standards of discretion and excellence. Training and opportunities for career development are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, present menus, and engage seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
• Recommend menu items and wine pairings.
• Maintain table service and proactively top up drinks.
• Keep the dining area clean and reset tables.
• Handle member requests and special accommodations.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism for VIPs.
• Participate in briefings, tastings, and team events.
