Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests.

You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the Club’s standards of professionalism and excellence. You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and assist with billing, while maintaining a high level of hospitality and discretion throughout the service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and maintain composure under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Willingness to follow training schedules and Club School programs.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus, and engage guests on seating.
• Take accurate orders, accommodate dietary needs and allergies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct deliveries.
• Provide knowledgeable menu and drink recommendations.
• Maintain pristine service, including timely re-stocking of water and beverages.
• Set up, reset, and maintain a clean dining environment at all times.
• Handle member requests with discretion to create a memorable experience.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
