Job summary

Soho House & Co in London is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

Your day-to-day includes greeting guests, taking orders, recommending items, coordinating with bar and kitchen, and processing payments through card, the Soho House App, or House Pay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and present menus to engage guests.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct orders.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings.
• Maintain exceptional table service and proactively refresh beverages and water.
• Keep the dining area clean and well-presented at all times.
