Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the Club’s standards of professionalism and excellence.

In this role you’ll greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and assist with paying the bill, while maintaining discretion and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stays calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus and engage guests on seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, noting allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and pairings.
• Maintain impeccable table service and keep areas clean at all times.
• Assist with payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Support VIPs and PWKs with discretion and professionalism.
• Participate in briefings, tastings, and team events.
