Job summary

Soho House & Co. seeks a waiter to deliver refined, attentive, and personalised service to our members and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations and ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the Club’s standards.

Working with floor and kitchen teams, you will maintain exceptional service, handle special requests, assist with payments and uphold discretion for VIP guests, while enjoying extensive staff benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and stays calm under pressure.
• Hospitality-focused, approachable and customer-service driven.
• Ability to follow training and Club School standards.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus and engage guests upon seating.
• Take accurate orders, noting allergies and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and pairings as appropriate.
• Maintain top-tier service and proactively refresh beverages.
• Keep tables clean and reset promptly; manage special requests.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism with VIPs and PWKs.
• Attend briefings, tastings and support teammates as needed.
