Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Exeter for a premium commercial vehicle operation. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, handling service bookings, job cards, updates and handovers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires prior Service Advisor experience in automotive or aftersales, strong organisation and multitasking ability in a busy workshop, with a Monday–Friday pattern and Saturday rota.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within automotive or aftersales.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workshop.
• Confidence explaining technical information clearly and professionally.
• Proactive approach to customer care and aftersales sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing service bookings, raising job cards, providing repair updates, coordinating vehicle handovers, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.
