Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting for a Service Advisor at a busy dealership in Swindon. You'll welcome customers, book servicing, liaise with the workshop and manage repairs from start to finish while maintaining high service standards.

The salary is £30,000 to £38,000 per annum including bonus, with a competitive bonus structure and ongoing manufacturer training. The ideal candidate has automotive service advisory experience, excellent communication and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
• Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.
