Job summary

Kream Exeter is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join a premium automotive retailer. You will work with the sales team to secure finance, insurance and protection products, while ensuring a transparent, customer-focused buying experience.

In this role you will drive finance performance, ensure compliance, and support dealership profitability with strong leadership and relationship-building within a premium brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing automotive sales teams or finance/conversion desks.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maximise vehicle, finance and insurance opportunities.
• Present finance, warranty and protection products to customers.
• Deliver an outstanding customer journey from first contact to sale.
• Structure finance proposals and complete deals compliantly.
• Build strong customer and team relationships and meet targets.
