Qualifications

• Ideal: prior car sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive, well-presented team player with strong customer interaction skills.
• Willingness to undergo FCA accreditation and training.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, understanding needs and budget, and providing vehicle information.
• Demonstrating features and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Negotiating price, trade-ins, and up-selling accessories or warranties.
• Discussing financing requirements and tailoring solutions.
• Keeping showroom and used-car displays clean and inviting.
• Following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and order updates.
• Identifying new leads via online research and relationship building.
