Business Manager | Premium Automotive Retailer

Basic £35,000 OTE in the region of £55,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or senior automotive sales professional to join a successful dealership representing a highly regarded premium vehicle brand – as a BUSINESS MANAGER.

Working closely with the Sales Team, you will help customers secure the most suitable finance and protection solutions while delivering a professional, transparent and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll also play a key role in maximising finance performance, maintaining compliance standards and supporting overall dealership profitability.

About You

• Previous Business Manager, Transaction Manager or automotive sales management experience


• Strong understanding of F&I products and compliance


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Proven negotiation and influencing ability


• Commercially driven with a customer-first approach


• Full UK driving licence
