Job summary

Bentley Birmingham, part of Sytner Group, is seeking an Aftersales Driver to collect and deliver vehicles with a focus on top-tier customer service. You will engage customers, share brand passion, and help manage multiple drops efficiently.

The role requires attention to detail, strong navigation, and a willingness to do occasional valet and light logistics tasks. Full-time position with potential Saturday mornings to support service levels.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry.
• You should have excellent attention to detail as you will checking over each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving, as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle.
• Organisation skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for planning multiple drops with efficiency in mind at all times.
• Knowledge of the local area will be beneficial as well as excellent navigational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers' homes to the dealership and back, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Advise customers of estimated arrival times via telephone and provide updates.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome on arrival.
• Mini valet cars prior to return to the client.
• There could also be some pickup truck and trailer work available.
