Job summary

Bentley Birmingham, part of Sytner Group, is seeking a punctual Aftersales Driver to join our team. You will collect and deliver vehicles from customers' homes to the dealership and back, delivering a warm, professional welcome at every handover.

As part of a 5-strong team, you’ll support handovers, some mini valeting, and occasional pickup/trailer work. You’ll advise customers of ETA by phone and ensure the highest standards of service, even when customers are not visiting the showroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or premium brand preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving practices.
• Good organisation for planning multiple drops.
• Knowledge of local area and navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers' homes to the dealership.
• Advise customers of estimated arrival times by phone.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome on arrival.
• Assist with mini valet and occasional pickup/trailer work.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, even when not visiting the showroom.

Bentley Birmingham is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Aftersales Driver to join our fantastic team! As a Aftersales Driver, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Bentley.

You will collect and deliver vehicles from our customers' homes to the dealership and back again, providing friendly and attentive service at all times. You will be advising customers of estimated arrival times via telephone, contacting them with updates and providing a warm and professional welcome on arrival.

You will be part of a team of 5 who also mini valet cars prior to the return to the client and there could also be some pick up truck and trailer work available.

You will ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of customer service; take the time to build a genuine rapport with them to ensure excellent service from Bentley is achieved even if they're not visiting our showroom.

This is a full-time role which can include Saturday mornings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry, however, this is not essential.

You should have excellent attention to detail as you will checking over each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving, as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle. Organisation skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for planning multiple drops with efficiency in mind at all times.

Knowledge of the local area will be beneficial as well as excellent navigational skills.
