Bentley Birmingham within the Sytner Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team. You will greet customers on arrival, guide them to the right department and offer refreshments, while managing calls and directing inquiries efficiently.

As a Sytner Host, you’ll represent the brand with a warm, proactive approach, helping to create a personalised showroom experience. The role involves weekday hours with Saturday rota shifts to maintain top-level service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly and proactive communicator with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to transfer calls efficiently and handle enquiries with courtesy.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in showroom operations.
