We support every aspect of a customer’s financial life, helping them to grow, manage, and preserve their wealth with a professional service in a complex world. Wealth Management is a relationship-based service, offering tailored, personalized attention and collaborative support throughout their life journey.
The Premier Relationship Manager is the primary contact for a portfolio of mass affluent clients with a net worth of £250k to £750k. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, growing customer portfolios, and securing new business. This role involves managing existing customer relationships and supporting clients through key life events such as investing, saving, planning for retirement, and family protection.
You will work closely with Wealth Managers, undertaking proactive client contact, handling banking queries, and collaborating with branch colleagues to identify new client opportunities. Some visits to customers' homes or workplaces may be necessary, and a driving license and personal vehicle are required due to geographical client locations.
This branch-based role is located in Grantham or Boston, with travel to Skegness, Wisbech, and Louth.
