Our client, a global Fintech company based in New York City & London, is seeking a full-time and remote Client Success Manager to join their team in the UK and contribute to building a trading platform. Candidates must be able to work for any company without a visa transfer. No agencies!
Our client is looking for a Client Success Manager who will serve as the lead technical contact for customers, providing professional and courteous technical support for foreign exchange trading software in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers as the primary technical contact for trading software functionality and venue connectivity.
- Translate customer requests into project requirements, product enhancement specifications, and release documentation.
- Communicate project statuses and prioritizations both internally and externally.
- Manage software releases, including documenting release notes, managing product configurations, performing final smoke testing, and liaising with customers.
- Collaborate with software development and QA on new feature development and bug fixing.
- Coordinate with tier-1 support and provide tier-2 support, resolving operational issues or escalating when necessary.
- Participate in a follow-the-sun support model, communicating issues clearly in ticketing systems, and providing organized issue handoffs at end-of-day.
Requirements:
- Well-organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in Electronic trading.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol.
- Experience with CentOS / RHEL (or other *nix systems).
- Scripting/coding experience in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in log investigation and configuration file management.
- Experience with issue ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Knowledge of APIs such as REST.
- Familiarity with IDEs like IntelliJ.
