You'll work closely with the Co-Founders and Head of Marketing & Business Development to design and execute a client relationship strategy that directly supports revenue growth and client satisfaction.
As Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both winning new business and maximising the value of existing client accounts. This role offers a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on relationship building. You'll be the key connector between clients and the wider team, ensuring service excellence and long-term engagement.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a pro rata salary of £60,000, and is fully remote.
