Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Pre-Construction Director to own all preconstruction activities across the business in Central London. You will lead a team of ten, coordinating Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating while working closely with the board and with the commercial and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fit-out sector, proven leadership, and a strong grasp of cross-disciplinary requirements to drive successful project outcomes.

Pre-Construction Director

We are currently working with a leading commercial fit out contractor in Central London who are actively looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Director.

This role will take full ownership of all preconstruction activities across the business leading a team of 10 with responsibility across Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating while working closely with the board of directors as well as the commercial and Operations team.

The business has a great reputation in the commercial fit out market in London and have been established for 25 years and have developed a strong relationship with a number of blue chip clients resulting in a lot of repeat business.
