Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in London is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Director to own all preconstruction activities and lead a team of 10 across Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating. You will work closely with the board, commercial and operations teams to drive strategic preconstruction initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the fit-out sector, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of all disciplines involved in preconstruction to deliver

We are currently working with a leading commercial fit out contractor in Central London who are actively looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Director.

This role will take full ownership of all preconstruction activities across the business leading a team of 10 with responsibility across Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating while working closely with the board of directors as well as the commercial and Operations team.

The business has a great reputation in the commercial fit out market in London and have been established for 25 years and have developed a strong relationship with a number of blue chip clients resulting in a lot of repeat business.
