Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction process on London's prestigious workplace fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, designers and commercial teams to ensure bids are commercially robust, technically sound and aligned with client expectations, while upholding the firm's market-leading reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Preconstruction Manager or Senior Preconstruction Manager role.
• Background delivering commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of design management, estimating and commercial functions.
• Experience leading negotiated and competitive tender opportunities.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple preconstruction opportunities simultaneously.
• Manage the bid and tender process from enquiry through to contract award.
• Develop winning tender strategies and coordinate bid submissions.
• Oversee design development during the preconstruction phase.
• Produce and review cost plans, budgets and procurement strategies.
• Manage client presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate internal teams including design, estimating, commercial and operations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and innovative project solutions.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior members of the preconstruction team.
• Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement.

The Role
