Qualifications

• Commercial background required for senior pre-construction work.
• Pre-construction management experience in fit-out projects.
• Must be currently employed by a fit-out contractor.
• Living within commuting distance to Central London.

They are looking for a Senior Pre Construction Manager with a commercial background. The role will include managing design, contract risk, making sure price is right, the programme and how they will deliver for the client and also protect the business.
