Job summary

John D Wood & Co. is seeking a Pre Tenancy Coordinator in London to manage lettings administration, perform due diligence, and arrange pre-tenancy tasks such as cleans and check-ins. You will handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth lets.

You will join a long-established agency with strong local knowledge, offering training, development and career progression within a busy property team.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience
• Public facing role experience
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of work to scale workload
• Run lettings administration duties
• Carry out due diligence checks on clients and tenants
• Arrange pre tenancy tasks (cleans and check-ins)
• Work to tight deadlines to move in tenants
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management and accounts
• Provide support to a busy team
• General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and stationary orders
