JLL in London is seeking a Tenancy Manager to oversee the lettings administration from instruction through to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and outstanding service across the tenancy lifecycle.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisation, and proactive stakeholder coordination as you manage CRM data, AML checks, land registry proof, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation while coordinating with negotiators and accounts.

Formación

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in administration or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Input instructions into Radar CRM with full documentation.
• Create and amend property descriptions for marketing accuracy.
• Obtain AML documentation and landlord proof of ownership.
• Coordinate photographers and weekly marketing updates.
• Track references, move-in meetings, and tenancy agreements.
