Job summary

Rocketlane is seeking a Solution Architect in London to blend customer-facing consulting with deep engineering work. On-site role in London, you will run design workshops and guide integration projects across CRM/ERP ecosystems.

You\'ll work with REST APIs, SSO/SAML, and iPaaS platforms, shaping data migration strategies and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate customer deployments. We\'re a fast-growing SaaS company valuing ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Strong SaaS architecture understanding.
• Experience drafting SOWs and managing commitments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise IT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Run design workshops to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide consultative guidance on feature requests and use cases.
• Design and implement custom integrations between Rocketlane and systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, ERPs, and data platforms.
• Work hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, and modern integration patterns.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver customer-driven solutions.
