Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support electronics solutions across the UK and international markets. This hands-on role sits within the Sales team, acting as the link between customers and the business, presenting products and helping convert enquiries into orders.

The role involves delivering product presentations and handling technical onboarding, with occasional travel within the UK and abroad. Hybrid working is offered after successful 3 month probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or sales support in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical products to customers clearly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with technical knowledge in customer meetings.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and technical briefings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
• Handle product enquiries and help resolve technical or application issues.
• Visit customer sites to investigate problems and give practical advice.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated queries.
• Support customer onboarding and product training.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
