Qualifications

• Solid engineering/technical background, Electrical/Electronic preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Respond to technical enquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
• Visit customer sites to investigate issues.
• Support onboarding and ongoing technical relationships.
• Represent the business at meetings, exhibitions and events.
• Work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Build long-term relationships across UK and international markets.
